Selectric II Element

I never posted an image from this lens before, but I have had LOREO 3D Macro Lens for 4 years. Its ok, but not great. And it produces Parallel images when I prefer Cross View. So, it seems like I hadn't used it again since the day I got it. Since I have been doing Stereo images again for over a month now, I was talked into trying Stereo Photo Maker which has some nice options for alignment, adjustment, and lots of choices for output so I could easily adjust the images.
Even though this image probably could have been shot with the usual cha cha (shifting camera) method, this lens makes it much easier. In theory, it would make bug macros easier, but it's not very sharp, its manual focus, and with both sides taken on the same image, I lose over twice the horizontal resolution. You do get a nice spacing this way though which can be a challenge with cha cha macros.
Another downside, the lens requires an adapter for my Sony e-mount camera. I guess the adapter doesn't line up right. So, if I lock it properly on the body, the images are crooked.
Still fun to play with occasionally though.
