I’ve cleaned up and coloured the original black and white stereoscopic image.
‘There were two buildings of this name, and both co-existed for a time. One with a square tower was consecrated in Mar 1885, and moved in 1910 and used as a sunday school and church hall until Feb 1936 when it collapsed during a storm’ (natlib.govt.nz).
