2019, the year of all superlatives, 5 weeks at 6 kilometers from a particularly active volcano: the Fuego in Guatemala! And there, the word adventure really took all its meaning. The nocturnal explosions being the most spectacular, we had to live at night to take advantage of them to the maximum.

Finally, I made the decision to continue publishing on this site in the hope of getting some feedback that will help me continue but also improve, positive criticism being motivating and negative criticism being educational.

The first six images of this year's nine-part series were recorded with a single device, a smartphone, so it's not always certain that they are hyperstereo. This ochre quarry, discovered by chance due to its very limited location, lent itself admirably to stereo, but, once again, to fully appreciate all its color nuances, anaglyphs must be avoided.
Still recorded with a single device, the chromy of the following 3 images allows the use of anaglyph and they give a modest glimpse of the wonderful landscapes of the valley of Champagny le Haut, gateway to the Vanoise national park.
