This piece captures the moment you realize that every word, every action, only deepens your entanglement in a difficult situation. It's a physical expression of a universal human experience. The anthropomorphic form invites viewers to project their own character onto the figure, while the rabbit symbolizes fear and anxiety- a panicked prey creature, much like ourselves when we're struggling to find a way out. Originally created to reflect the artist's experience as a survivor of narcissistic abuse-where no response ever seemed to be the "right" one-it also stands as a broader depiction of that moment when every step taken seems to sink us deeper into trouble.
