The website compressed your PNG image (which I suspect was quite huge, perhaps a few Mio) into a 518Kio transparent WEBP image (on its storage). Actually, it serves a lower definition version with higher compression loss allowed (1306×960, 155Kio) on this page for the moment. I am glad it works for PNG too.
