Is there Window Violation?

I may add that if there were triangles on the left and right sides carefully drawn to create a smooth transition in depth so that the window (created by the content) looks tilted, I would not consider it as a violation.
TBentz does this regularly on his photos (with more elaborated shapes than simple triangles), for example on this recent one: https://stereopix.net/photo:3Vp299Z9Ou/ (the bottom part in this case)

As I expressed in the discussion which led to this post, I consider that there is a violation in the sense that there is a conflict between the inferred depth of the top border and the perceived depth of the tree that is occluded by it. But it depends on the definition you want to give to this term.

Yes there is a window violation, the tree on the right is in front of the stereo window and intersects the top border. Violations at the top or bottom are not as disturbing as those that occur on the sides. But they still should be avoided.
