I had a few minutes before my train departure, and the botanical garden is next to the station of Nantes, France.
There are always amazing art pieces in this park. I had not enough time to visit the whole garden, but I stopped on this beautiful vegetal sculpture. This piece of art is named Dormanron and was designed by Claude Ponti.
Framing it was a bit challenging but I am happy with the final result. With this point of view, the curves are well distributed in the 3D space and the overall picture is balanced in the three dimensions.

Sure. I try to visit this garden every time I stop at Nantes.

For "Les Machines de l’île", I visited it years ago, far before I start to take stereophotographs. It was their year 2 or 3 so that there were very few machines and they worked separately at this time. In so many years, their project evolved a lot but I never took time to come back. When I watch the flat photographs of today, I am tented to take the train. The creatures are wonderful 3D subjects because of their nice artistic volumes in the first place.

Nicely done ! - I love that botanical garden, and he was there in 2015 with somewhat more bushy eyebrows. I hope you had time to visit Isle des Machines in Nantes - that is a stereo photographer's paradise !
